Michelle Obama Heads to Utah, Omarosa Laughs Off Kelly Rumors, Palomárez is Out, and Oprah and Bey Unite

Today, the House is scheduled to vote on sending nearly $8 billion in aid in response to Hurricane Harvey. The measure is widely supported, with a few Freedom Caucus exceptions, and is expected to pass. Meanwhile, Hurricane Irma, one of the most powerful Atlantic storms ever recorded, is expected to strike Puerto Rico and other islands today and could reach Florida by the weekend. The House is also expected to pass today the first major legislation to speed the rollout of self-driving cars. Later this morning, House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI), Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY), Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY), and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) are heading to the WH to meet with Trump to talk about Congress’ aggressive agenda, including the challenging path forward on DACA.
