Walmart Adds NBCUniversal Chairman to Board Member
Walmart has elected Cesar Conde to its Board of Directors. He’ll also become a member of the company’s Audit Committee and Technology and eCommerce Committee. Conde is the Chairman of NBCUniversal International Group and NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises, where he is responsible for the operations and international expansion of NBCUniversal businesses outside of North America and oversees the leading media properties serving Hispanics across broadcast, cable, and digital platforms. He also previously served as EVP of NBCUniversal. Prior to that, Conde was the President of Univisión Networks and served in a variety of senior executive roles, including as EVP and Chief Strategy Officer. He previously worked for former Secretary of State Colin Powell as a White House Fellow.
