Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck Taps Capitol Hill for New Policy Director

Jerome Murray is leaving Capitol Hill to join Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck as a Policy Director. Stepping down from his post as Chief of Staff to Congresswoman Stacey Plaskett (D-VI), he is once again returning to the private sector. Murray was previously the Director of Policy and Government Relations at the pharmaceutical giant Merck. Before that, he served as Legislative Director for Congressman G. K. Butterfield (D-NC). Rounding out his versatile portfolio, he previously worked as Senior Manager for the NBA, Associate Director for the Senate Democratic Steering and Outreach Committee under former Senator Harry Reid, and District Office Staff to former Congressman Chaka Fattah. The Boston University graduate, who also has a Master’s from the University of Pennsylvania, is a member of the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Corporate Advisory Council. More about him here.
