Hugo Rojo will join The Atlantic's communications team as a Manager. Rojo was most recently a Social Media Communications Manager at NPR, where he was responsible for on-site and event PR/social media strategies and execution at conferences, meetings, and events. The El Paso native also served as a Junior Publicist, where he drove publicity and coverage around podcast launches such as Hidden BrainEmbeddedCode Switch, and How I Built This. The bilingual PR professional, who is fluent in English and Spanish, joined NPR in 2015 as a Media Relations Associate. The 2015 University of Texas at Austin graduate begins his new role on November 5th. More about him here
